Hotel besar ada banyak kemudahan. Bilik besar dan selesa. Kemudahan dalam bilik lengkap. Iron juga berfungsi dengan baik. Tandas besar selesa. Cuma perlu perhatikan kebersihan di kawasan bawah shower ada kuning2 sikit. Hotel sangat dekat dengan airport. Kedai makan dan kedai runcit pon dekat. Overall puas hati.

So far so good ... receptionist OK, bag service OK, clean hotel, breakfast OK, spacious car parking, spacious room, swimming pool is comfortable for children and adults ... there is no emphasis on this thing .. everything else is perfect ... good job 👍

Dekat dgn mydin tp yg x syok mlm ada nyamuk.. iron rosak. Tp dh mntk tukar..sejadah bay kepam sungguh.. melekat dkt muka..siling toilet hari last tibe2 terbuka. Sampai tkut nak mandi.Rsa diperhatikan.. mgkin frst n last kot stay sini... 😞

The hotel is convenient for the airport but quite far from the city unless you have a car.Room was very dark the air con was very poor the bed sheets had stains and looked dirty.The bathroom had mould and hair on the floor from previous guest and the room safe didn't works Complained to the front desk but they didn't do anything and charged me tourist tax which I had already paid with my online booking. The buffet breakfast was a free for all with hardly any seats and it was like a farm yard.

I've experienced the breakfast has been a lot of improvement since my stay last year. With the taste and varieties of drinks and meal. Unfortunately I handle my luggages from the check in to check out. No staff to offer help since I was coming with my toddler. Only the trolley was attended to my request. Then need to manage all by myself
